Why We Started Offering Delivery
When we opened our doors in Roseville in early 2026, our goal was simple: make legal cannabis accessible, comfortable, and convenient for adults in the Twin Cities. In-store pickup remains a great option — our location at 2218 County Rd D West is easy to reach from Minneapolis, St. Paul, Maplewood, Little Canada, and beyond — but we know life doesn't always allow for a trip across town.
Delivery is the next logical step. Whether you're working from home, managing a busy family schedule, dealing with a mobility issue, or just prefer the privacy of shopping from your couch, having a legal and reliable delivery option matters. Minnesota's cannabis laws now allow licensed dispensaries to offer direct-to-customer delivery, and we're proud to be making that available in our area.
How Cannabis Delivery Works in Minnesota
Minnesota's Office of Cannabis Management (OCM) regulates both dispensary operations and delivery services. Here's what that means for you as a customer:
Only licensed dispensaries can deliver. Cannabis cannot be delivered by third-party apps, rideshare drivers, or unlicensed couriers. When you order from Frostbite, your delivery is handled by our own licensed team — not a contractor working for a gig app. This is a meaningful distinction. It means the person at your door is a trained, verified Frostbite employee who understands the products they're carrying and the legal requirements of the handoff.
You must be 21+ and present a valid ID at delivery. Just like an in-store purchase, delivery requires age verification. Your driver will check your government-issued ID at the door. There are no exceptions, and this requirement exists for every order regardless of how many times you've ordered before.
The same purchase limits apply. Minnesota law sets limits on how much cannabis you can buy at one time — the same caps that apply in-store apply to delivery orders. You won't be able to order more than the legal limit in a single transaction.

Edibles — Gummies, chocolates, and other infused treats are popular delivery items for good reason. They're discreet, easy to dose, and don't require any equipment. If you're newer to edibles, our menu includes low-dose options (2.5mg–5mg THC) that are well-suited for cautious first-timers.
Vapes — Cartridges and disposable vape pens are among our most-ordered items. We stock options from reputable brands in both full-spectrum and distillate formulations, covering a range of effects and price points.
Prerolls — Convenient, ready-to-use, and available in singles or multipacks. A great choice if you don't want to grind and roll yourself, or if you're trying a new strain before committing to a full eighth.

Who Delivery Is Perfect For
We designed our delivery service with a few specific customers in mind, though anyone is welcome to use it.
Busy professionals and parents. If getting to a dispensary requires coordinating schedules, finding parking, or taking time away from other commitments, delivery removes that friction entirely. You can browse the menu, place an order, and have your products arrive without rearranging your day.
Customers with mobility challenges. Not everyone can easily get to a physical store. Cannabis can be a meaningful part of managing chronic pain, stiffness, or discomfort — but that same discomfort can make a dispensary visit difficult. Delivery is one way we're trying to make our products accessible to people who need them most.
Privacy-conscious shoppers. Even though cannabis is fully legal for adults in Minnesota, some customers simply prefer a lower-profile way to shop. A discreet delivery to your home doesn't require walking into a storefront or running into coworkers in the parking lot.

- Be ready to show your ID. When your driver arrives, have a valid, government-issued ID ready. You must be 21+ to receive the order.

Delivery vs. In-Store: Which Is Right for You?
Both options have their place, and the right choice depends on what you're looking for.
Choose delivery if: You want convenience and don't need in-person guidance, you already know what you like, you're restocking on a regular purchase, or getting to the store is difficult.
Choose in-store pickup if: You're new to cannabis and want to talk to a budtender, you're trying a new product category and want to ask questions, you want to browse the physical products, or you need your order quickly and live close by.

A Note on Safe and Responsible Use
Legal cannabis comes with personal responsibility. A few reminders worth keeping in mind when ordering for delivery:
- Never consume cannabis and drive. This applies equally whether you purchased in-store or via delivery.
- Keep products in their original, sealed packaging until you're in a private space where consumption is permitted.
- Store cannabis securely and away from children or pets.
- Start low and go slow, especially with edibles, which can take 45 minutes to 2 hours to take effect.
